Hello,
We hope this email finds you well-rested after the October holidays. Please see below for some exciting opportunities and events coming up at RGU, as well as some new Undergraduate courses on offer, and some UCAS sector updates.
Upcoming Open Days
Visit us on Saturday 31st October & Saturday 28th November
Our undergraduate Open Days are your opportunity to learn more about life at the Higher Educational Institution of the Year (The Herald Higher Education Awards 2026). You will be able to speak with lecturers, student support services and current students and discover our outstanding facilities, campus and accommodation
Students who are Widening Access eligible are able to get their costs covered for travelling to our Open Day. Please let them know to email access@rgu.ac.uk prior to their travel for more information.
Our upcoming Open Days are Saturday 31st October and Saturday 28th November. Please let your students know they can register here.
Virtual Parents Evening
Join a Virtual Parents Evening where our staff will provide unique insights into the UCAS application process, applying for university accommodation and understanding student finance. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have and hear directly from university staff on how we support our students throughout their studies.
We know that a young person’s journey to university is something that involves the whole family, which is why we want to make it as easy as possible for parents, guardians and carers to get all of the information they need during this process.
Please encourage parents and guardians to register here!
RGU Webinar Series
Our Webinar Series is a great way to hear from academic staff, current students and industry experts without having to come to campus. Listen while on the go or from the comfort of your own home and find out more about why RGU is ranked amongst the Top 3 Universities in Scotland for student satisfaction (Complete University Guide 2026).
